Shipping policy

Processing time for Glueless Ready to wear wigs are roughly between 7-15 business days (Monday-Friday) except holidays, and processing time for Wig Maintenance Service is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) except holidays. Please allow additional time during peaks seasons/holidays.

Please make note that processing time is DIFFERENT from shipping time. Once your order is processed, your order generally takes 3-5 business days for shipment to be delivered. Allow additional time during high volume seasons/holidays. All customer packages are shipped through the USPS or UPS mail carrier system. When your order has been processed, and ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. 

Once your order has been handed over to the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for your package. We will not replace and/or grant any refunds for any lost, missing, or stolen packages. In efforts to prevent these circumstances, signature confirmation is required upon package delivery. If you do incur these issues, please reach out to your mail carrier for further help, as unfortunately, we cannot provide further information for you.
