What kind of hair do you sell/offer? I offer virgin hair wigs. This is offered as it is the most versatile, and easiest to maintain compared to other hair types. 

How often should I wash my wig? Generally, every 2 weeks. However, that's if you wear your wig every single day. If you are adding products and your wig becomes stiff, starts to have a lot of shedding, dry/brittle, etc, then that's also an indicator that it needs to be thoroughly washed and conditioned.

What size closures are used for your Glueless wigs? We hold a standard of 5x5 closures for each Glueless wig. If you would like to request a wig with a different size closure, please shoot an email to dajourbrags@outlook.com to request a change. A custom invoice will be sent to you, as well as further details to help process your custom order.

Do you have a return/exchange/refund policy? Absolutely! You can refer to this policy HERE.

What type of lace comes with your Glueless wigs? We hold a standard of HD lace for all of our wigs. Its thin, making it easier to blend more naturally into the skin with little-to-no manipulation.

Is there a custom Glueless wig option? At the moment, there isn't. However, you can request for this by shooting an email to dajourbrags@outlook.com. You'll receive a custom invoice, as well as further details to process your customized order.

How do I know if my wig is the right fit? You can take your head measurement (circumference), using a soft tape measure. Our wigs run on a universal standardized head sizing chart (Small=21in-21.5in, Medium=22in-22.5in, Large=23in-23.5in). Please take a look a the Head Circumference video for reference. 

Do you offer payment plans (buy now, pay later options)? Yes, and we are continuously working to add more payment plan options for you at checkout.

How am I suppose to cut my lace? Use scissors to cut your lace. First cut think side tab, then go in and cut with a zig-zag motion to help your lace blend more easily, then cut off the last thick side tab. For a visual reference, please view Lace Cutting video.

What can I do to best maintain my wig at home? You can store it properly, hanging up your wig or laying it down nicely, repining curls, not adding extensive products/oils to the hair, washing & conditioning roughly every 2 weeks after wearing everyday. This helps to prolong wig use, and maintain cleanliness and longevity of the hair.

Can I send the wig back in to get redone? Absolutely! You can head to the Wig Maintenance service option to receive a wig wash, detangle, condition, and a new style. If you are a first time customer who bought a wig from us already, and want to have it redone, you get a free complimentary wig maintenance for your first time! Just shoot an email with the subject "Complimentary Wig Maintenance", and include in your email your original order confirmation number, date purchased, and the style update you'd like to receive. You'll then receive an email with further instructions to send it in. 

What mail carriers do you use to ship? Currently, we use USPS or UPS as our mail carriers to ship orders.
