Refund policy

In an event that you've received the wrong order/item(s), email dajourbrags@outlook.com with photos/videos of the product(s), date purchased, order confirmation number, and a brief description of the issue. This email must be sent within 72 hours of receiving your order. If we confirm there is an error with your order on our behalf, we will send you an email with further instructions. You will be given 5 business days to return the product(s) to us in its original condition and packaging. ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE NOT BEEN TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY, ALL ITEMS, TAGS, INCLUSIONS, AND ATTACHMENTS MUST STILL BE IN TACT. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in you not being granted an exchange, return, nor a refund.

 

 You are responsible for all shipping costs to return the item(s) to us. We are not liable for any shipping costs. We highly suggest to add insurance and/or signature confirmation to ensure your package won't be lost or stolen during transit. 


According to Federal Law, we cannot re-sell any used hair. Therefore, we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or tampered with in any way. Any products sent back to us without prior consent via email, will not be approved to exchange anything and will not be granted a refund. Any packages sent back to us under these circumstances will not be returned to sender. 


Any approved returns and/or order cancellations are subject to 40% or $100 (whichever is greater) restocking fee that cannot be waived and is non-negotiable. If approved for a return, please include your original invoice, order number, and details for the return/exchange.


If by chance you have entered the wrong mailing address upon your order confirmation, you will need to pay an additional $20 to cover processing expenses BEFORE your order is shipped out. Otherwise the package may be lost forever. Any order returned due to the customer adding the incorrect address will not be mailed back out without the customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs. 

 

Returns, exchange, refunds, and chargebacks are something we take very seriously. If in an event you are attempting to commit fraud on our company, legal action can, and will be taken.  


PLEASE NOTE: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If product is removed from original packaging and used in any manner, or product has been opened or tampered with in any way, all return/exchange policies are voided. The entire order must remain untampered with.. It must be in its original packaging with all of its contents. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be physically received before exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours for processing. 


If any used hair is sent back to us , it will not be returned, refunded, or exchanged. 


During sales, custom orders, and modified orders, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. All sales are final. Please ensure that you input all information correctly before checking out to prevent any unnecessary shipping and return mishaps.
